The 30-Day Qi Gong Challenge

If you're new to Qi Gong, the 30-Day Challenge is perfect starting point for your journey to better health. The 30-Day Challenge is a guided introduction to Qi Gong, the movements, the principles, and the fun of practicing with Lee.

You receive 30 routines, one per day, for thirty days. Each routine is seven minutes long and they are yours to keep and replay whenever you want to enjoy them again.

Live Video Classes with Lee Holden
