He began Holden QiGong to help others harness their Qi, life-force energy, to improve physical and emotional wellness. Lee’s style of Qi Gong is a gentle, yet invigorating practice that nourishes the body, mind, and spirit. His classes are fun, engaging, and easy for everyone to enjoy.
Today, Lee Holden is a master Qi Gong instructor, an expert in meditation and Tai Chi, a licensed acupuncturist, herbalist, and successful author.
